# Utilisation des médias

Le site **Jeunes et Médias** propose des recommandations pour aider les parents et professionnels à encadrer l'utilisation des médias numériques chez les enfants et les jeunes.

Ces conseils sont adaptés à différentes tranches d'âge (0-7 ans, 6-13 ans, 12-18 ans) et incluent des recommandations pour les enfants en situation de handicap. Les ressources abordent l'accompagnement nécessaire pour utiliser les technologies de manière responsable, tout en mettant en avant les opportunités et les risques du numérique.
